shiiit!!! give me a daemon!

so the other week i bought the golden compass on dvd.
its pretty fucking crap. but it made me want to read those books again. his dark materials.
i mean its so fucking cool that they all walk around with like transforming animals like some kind of ultra animorphs side kick, and i started thinking about what kind of daemon i'd have. i'd obviously want like some fucking lion or eagle or some shit but its more than likely i'd end up with a poodle or frog or some shit shit. after a while i started thinking about what other people would have. like what would lil wayne have? (panther?) what about julia gillard? eno? fucking hitler?
anyway, the point is. daemons make any dude a hot motherfucker.
so i'm leaving this universe.

The Hyde Park Hotel has hosted many a great sunday for us since we started gigging 4 months ago. the provided 2 free jugs of beer makes us happier than small children at christmas time (slightly less so since we had to decrease from Little Creatures to VB). This sunday is extra special because we get the honour of sharing the bill with two of our favourite perth bands. Wales headline the show bringing melancholy melodies backed by ear-blisteringly danceable disco beats and our personal friends and musical saviours Ichi The Killer bring huge distortion and bigger stage antics (Chris knows how to smash a bass!)
